Crude Oil from Saudi Aramco

Aramco’s conventional proved reserves and crude oil production are unrivalled. Through the utilization of a skilled workforce operating in a safe and reliable manner and leveraging technology, Aramco sustains its low-cost and low carbon intensity crude oil production.

Saudi Aramco produce five different grades of crude oil. These are: Arabian Heavy, Arabian Medium, Arabian Light, Arabian Extra Light, and Arabian Super Light. This gives us the flexibility, guided by our outlook and assessment of future refinery requirements in our markets, to optimize our crude oil production mix to always meet our customer’s needs. And we continue to invest in our upstream capabilities to ensure we meet rising demand, well into the future.

Crude oil from Chevron

Chevron Supply and Trading (S&T) provides a critical link between the market and Chevron’s upstream, downstream and chemicals companies. We provide commercial support to our crude oil production operations and to our refining and marketing network. S&T is headquartered in Houston, Texas, and has offices worldwide – including trading hubs in Houston, London, Singapore and San Ramon, California. Our activities are organized by crude oil, natural gas and refined products.

Crude Supply and Trading (CSAT) buys, sells and transports all major grades of crude oil. CSAT secures the best prices for selling Chevron’s upstream production and for purchasing crudes used by our refineries. CSAT works closely with Chevron Shipping Company, Chevron Pipe Line Company and third parties to transport crudes for customers around the world including Chevron's Americas Products and International Products organizations.
